Coach Rob has over 10 years of coaching experience from youth ages all the way up to Major League Baseball. With two years coaching at the 4-year level, Coach Rob helped set records each year and assisted to their first ever World Series appearance in 2013. After that, he has been the 3^rd base coach at Grossmont College where they were the first ever San Diego Junior College to win a State Championship in 2017. Coach Rob takes pride in developing and mentoring young athletes of all ages. He is a husband to Kaitlynn (who also works in baseball for the San Diego Padres) and a father of two boys, Kaidenn and Ryan.
